The inn is conveniently located near the state capital, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There are also several restaurants within walking distance, including a highly recommended one. the rooms are nicely appointed, clean, and cozy, with a comfortable and spacious bathroom. the service provided by the owners is outstanding, with the staff going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. the breakfast served at the inn is scrumptious, featuring local specialties such as West Virginia bacon.
Some guests may find the decor of the inn to be outdated and cluttered, giving it a slightly old-fashioned atmosphere.

one of the dining options, bluegrass kitchen was 10 mins walk away. west virginia state museum is easy walk to the hotel.

The accommodations were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was delicious. the location was also very convenient, with scenic river walks nearby.
The A/C unit in our room was old and noisy, and there was no ceiling fan to help cool the room. the shower in one of the rooms had a small space and a slightly mildewed curtain.
